Check shirts have been around for years and come in a range of colours for summer. I like to stick with traditional colours navy/grey and white to mix with denim. Here are my 3 "MUST HAVE" picks which is easy to dress up with a blazer and jeans or un-buttoned over a tee and cargos. The past few weeks have been so stressful- so sorry for my lack of outfit posts.

Pirelli Calendar 2011 was taken by non other than Karl Lagerfeld who loves to get top models naked and turn there photos into amazing art. I couldn’t pick which one was my favourite I loved them all-I would seriously have this hanging up as art in my future mansion of course. From Daria to Erin and Abbey Lee-only someone with such power in the fashion industry can pull this off.

So my room has officially become my studio for now- I can’t complain about over crowding since I use to stress about samples not coming in. My dead lines I set keep getting set back due to not having time on my hands (being a one man army). The budda is my buddy I ask question to like “what do you think of this?” and “do you think we can take this in?” a little crazy but it helps since my little girl gets bored and sleeps. This week I have more samples in which im so excited about because there the finals in the right fabric ECT. The drawing and blazer on the left is a reject but waiting for the final fabric to cut in. Next year will be “THE YEAR OF SAMSIONI” and you guys are my back bone during all this so cant wait!

IM HAVING A MCQUEEN MOMENT

    

Last night I was watching Racheal Zoe and the episode was her styling Naomi Campbell’s Haiti show. As the show went on they got the news that Alexander McQueen had passed. Naomi decided to do a tribute to him to close the show. The 2^nd photo is all the girls in McQueen- it was sad but after it I sat on Youtube watching his collections from 2001-2005. He is one designer that has a signature to his garment its hard to explain but it’s the way a garment is cut and constructed in a way you can not learn anywhere- “Amazing”  how a person can have so much influence on the world.
