This week has been a struggle, i came down with a virus on monday which had me crippled for two days. Still sick and managing to get work done in design and watch Fashion TV- which was all about Milan fashion week! It was like heaven minus the virus blah! blah!

Converse is like wine-it only gets better with time, iv had these babies for years and are actually not the same pair. I haven’t rocked them in awhile but on a warm summer night drinking with close friend under the moon was the PERFECT time! Hope you all are excited for Christmas next week!

I still can’t believe iv finally gotten into the 300 followers mark yay- im so happy thank you to everyone. Christmas is here next week- too bad I have to work thru it with no time off “so sh*t” but what can you do! And new years “seriously” I haven’t planned anything yet im gonna have to call a meeting and sit friends and family down and plan-buy-book! so then I can plan my outfits. Check shirts have been around for years and come in a range of colours for summer. I like to stick with traditional colours navy/grey and white to mix with denim. Here are my 3 "MUST HAVE" picks which is easy to dress up with a blazer and jeans or un-buttoned over a tee and cargos. The past few weeks have been so stressful- so sorry for my lack of outfit posts.

Adding a border to your photos can change the look and feel of it. This week the weather has been nothing but AMAZING finally bring on summer. Lucky my legs are toned for short-short season (quoted from Brad from Rachael Zoe)lol. My hair is now brown I know- I feel like a school kid changing my hair every week- but seriously it was too hard to maintain the re-growth every week, due to my hair growing freakishly fast.

One of my favorite design labels is Etro which I discovered in 2009 when the paisley trend was in.  When I saw this blazer it was a no brainer on purchasing and the fit was perfect. I love finding those 1 off garment stuffed in the corning and covered with crap. I mean you go vintage to find old treasures and what better place then Wastelands in L.A. Next time your there check it out they have vintage fashion house label from Gucci, D&G - once I found Alexandra Mcqueen couture. Oh how I need to plan a trip out there soon.

As we have seen on the runways for spring/summer 2011 the aloha prints have been a key trend. From D&G to Gucci they have changed the thought on holiday tacky shirts and shorts, that you’re mum always seem to remember to pack on holidays. It’s hard to pull it off with out looking like your drunk uncle singing to beach-boys. I say have fun with prints and mix-it the way you would rock-it!!

Yet another blazer-my collection of blazers have got out of hand. Last week I had to buy a new running rail to spread them out so they don’t crease. If this keeps up im gonna have to down size a king to a single bed or even better a modern leather recliner “hot”. The last two weeks iv been alone due to my design partner being overseas, she’s back tomorrow –and I was sick today so a very early start in the morning to clean up and follow up her styles. SPLIT PERSONALITY

So this is a great example of rocking a look with confidence and making everyone believe you did it on purpose. Last night I whiten my hair and the toner stuck to the white and didn’t come out-which meant I had a challenge in the morning getting to work. I had a chose of wearing a hat or rocking the purple hair! And of course i stuck with the purple hair. Thanks to this editorial The Modern Standard by Miguel Reveriego for Vogue Hommes Japan- It gave me that extra “F*K YOU” attitude LOL! But I hope it will wash out tonight before I fall in love and do it permanently. Which colour would you rock?
