Just when we were getting bored with Lady Gaga's predictable wild style, the singer decides to swtich it up!

Gaga's stylist, Nicola Formichetti, has been posting pics on his blog of a model named Jo Calderone who happens to look a lot like the pop star.

The series of photos—showing Gaga Jo with slicked-back jet-black hair in a suit and various stages of undress—were shot by photographer Nick Knight for Vogue Homme Japan. These sneak peeks are just the outtakes, BTW, so we can't wait to see the actual glossie shots when the issue hits stands Sept. 10.

Prada’s F/W womenswear campaign is a colorful ode to torch singers and intimate nightclubs; the blue tinted photos by Steven Meisel feature an all-star cast lead by Angela Lindvall, who takes on the role of chanteuse with aplomb. Valerija Kelava, Miranda Kerr, Daria Strokous, Sigrid Agren, Kim Dall Armi, Clement Chabernaud, Mark Cox, and Mathias Bergh come together to create a scene straight out of Fellini – do you think the ads do the F/W collection justice?

Choreographer Adam Williams from So You Think You Can Dance Australia helped us out with his creative moves in the new SUPRÉ t.v ad. This is a new approach for us focusing on basic tights and our model Stephanie Cherry who is AMAZING!! I blogged her doing the Harper Bazaar cover earlier this month. The last time I was in Zara in L.A the women’s collection had pants with contrast fabric which I really wanted but couldn’t bring myself to buying them “SHAME”…..But that didn’t stop me from making my own version. This whole outfit is make by me, my life has been CRAZY for the past 3 months with project after project. It will all be worth it in the end. Hope you had a great weekend X

IN BED WITH DSQUARED2

Julian Kaye, Richard Gere's character in American Gigolo, was the man of the hour for Dsquared² designers Dean and Dan Caten. Audience members found Julian's eviction notice from the Beverly Hills Residence Apartments, plus his business card, on their chairs. Time for him to hustle—with Dsquared² ready to supply the wardrobe. It was a typically great setup from the twins, and they were faithful to their theme. The only problem? Julian's wardrobe was an expensive study in anonymity—in his line of work, it was a bad idea to stand out. So a pink shirt with immaculate boot-cut blue jeans was just about it. Likewise the check shirt and navy blazer, or the pale blue jacket with the apricot tee and white shorts (that would be Julian's rig for a call-out to a bungalow at the Beverly Hills Hotel).

In the past, Dsquared²'s themes have given them full license to compose harebrained hymns to porn-star excess. And nobody did it better. This season, it felt as though the American Gigolo scenario was intended to give them a platform on which to display their grown-up aptitude for tastefully "classic" menswear. And if that's the case, then they could count the show a success. They know how to cut a silk mohair tux. But when even Brazilian super-mannequin Evandro Soldati, in a cream suit with lilac shirt unbuttoned down to there, looked tame, you could feel in your gut that, by the standards the Catens have set themselves, they'd missed the mark.

If spring sometimes puts Armani in mind of his island retreat in the Mediterranean, this collection stayed squarely in the city, with the key silhouette for the first section being the shorts-over-leggings signature of the urban bike messenger. For the entire first half of the show, in fact, it looked like Spring 2011 was going to be a dark place in the Emporio Armani world. Black leather dominated the collection, and a clip from Lady Gaga's "Alejandro" video that played at the finale was a reminder that Giorgio and Gaga collaborated on her latest. It was presumably the S&M erotica of that new hit that provoked one particularly dark group, with wild-boy models glowering through heavy eye makeup and sporting slave chains, studs, and grommets. This sequence also stood as a master class in the treatment of skins, some perforated till they looked like scales.

Finding his way to more familiar territory in the second half, the designer shifted the emphasis to tailoring, in fabrics so light they were almost sheer. Devil or angel? The twin poles of the collection suggested a schism that dramatic. No wonder Gaga saw a kindred spirit.

This week has gone so fast its almost the weekend already! I don’t think ill be partying due to being half dead at my desk. Drunk so much late night that I think i’m still over the limit and its 1pm F*#K!! I need my bed A.S.A.P!

20 YEARS OF D&G

Milan surrendered to Dolce & Gabbana last Saturday night. Six hours after their menswear show for Spring 2011, Domenico and Stefano opened an exhibition celebrating 20 years of men's collections at the Palazzo Marino, once considered the most beautiful private palace in Milan. Considering the miserable weather, a surprisingly large crowd gathered in the Piazza della Scala to watch red-carpet arrivals like Matthew McConaughey, Morgan Freeman, Juliette Binoche, Monica Bellucci, Rachel Weisz, Eva Herzigova, and Eli Roth. Huge screens guaranteed people on the other side of the Piazza had a clear view of the comings and goings, as well as a sneak preview of images from the three lavish books that have been created to mark the anniversary.

I SPY WITH MY EYE.......

A while back I damaged my eye and had to wear an eye patch which I rocked. When I saw this editorial it inspired to design a really one of a kind patch for one of my editorials on here. This is the editorial that inspired me and I can’t wait to show you my editorial, think…..”Bondage, pirate meets high fashion/ runway into the wild” hahahaha anyways I have a few events on this week and tonight’s outfit is inspired by BALMAIN.

This week has been abit shit already, due to the weather being so cold and making me sick. Emporio Armani’s Spring 2011 men’s collection is Amazing and if you look closely the whole collection is inspired by Lady gaga new film clip “Alejandro", which Armani created some of the men’s outfits for…. think “Tights under shorts and leather” mmmmm Amazing! Don’t worry I already have the trend down packed. I will post once I finish reviewing all the men’s spring 2011.
